The Second Annual Great Lakes Art Festival
On Sunday, September 18,
Toledo residents had the opportunity to bring their lawn
chairs, blankets, coolers and kids to Ottawa Park to enjoy a
day’s worth of jazz. The Great Lakes Jazz Festival,
sponsored by TARTA, Music Go Round, Harold Jaffe Jewelers
and the University of Toledo featured the Latin Jazz
Players, Jerome Clark, Trio Cantino, Damen Cook and Katch.
The festival organizer and
master of ceremonies was Hugh Ross.
Assisting with the effort
were the students from the American cultural Exchange
Service (ACES)
