First Federal Bank Hires Business Development Officers

First Federal Bank is pleased to announce that Crystal
Jordan and Reginald Temple have been hired as business
development officers. They will be responsible for
attracting new clients and maximizing relationships with
current customers.
Crystal Jordan has an extensive background in commercial and
personal banking as well as real estate and title insurance.
She was awarded the 2014 Toledo Board of Realtors Affiliate
of the year. “First Federal puts a huge emphasis on
community involvement. I look forward to promoting this
philosophy within the Toledo market,” said Jordan. She is an
active member of the community and serves as the chairman
for the LPGA Marathon Classic Tournament, is a member of the
Citizens Patrol for Sylvania Township, and a volunteer for

Reginald Temple has been in the banking industry for over 15
years and was awarded the 2012 Toledo Branch NAACP Emerging
Young Community Leader Award and the 2012 Emerging Leader
African American Legacy Project of Northwest Ohio. A
graduate of The University of Toledo, Temple is a member the
Toledo Chapter of the NAACP, Prince Hall Free and Accepted
Masons Amazon Lodge #4, Xi Tau Chapter of The Omega Psi Phi
Fraternity Inc., and is a Certified Ohio High School
Athletic Association (OHSAA) Football and Basketball
