EMILY’s List Statement on Ohio’s State Primary Election
Results
Last week, EMILY’s List, the nation’s largest resource for
women in politics, congratulated 13 women on advancing to
Ohio's general election, six of whom won competitive
primaries last night. Stephanie Schriock, president of
EMILY’s List, released the following statement:
“Ohio voters have spoken and it is clear, more women are
going to be taking their seats at the table. These
pro-choice, Democratic women are the strong leaders that the
working families of Ohio deserve. EMILY’s List is proud to
stand with these women and we are excited to help elect them
this November.”
