Toledo Museum of Art’s Block Party

Hundreds of people gathered for the Toledo Museum of Art Block Party on Saturday, June 18. Food trucks lined Monroe Street in front of the museum and visitors were able to snack on everything from sandwich wraps and hot dogs.

Music played throughout the event along with acrobatic performances by Bird’s Eye View Circus.

Early in the evening, giant puppets crafted by students from the Toledo School for the Arts floated around the venue engaging the audience. Giant human art sculptures titled Jume Plensa: Human Landscape decorated the museum grounds.

Crowd pleasing performances were offered by JP Dynasty & Naah and Aha Indian Dance.
